Participant Agreement & Liability Waiver

10 – 15 August 2026  ·  Bali, Indonesia

Please read this agreement before confirming your place on the tour. By signing below, you confirm that you understand and agree to everything in this document.

1.  The Tour

Tour name:  Bali Photo Tour

Dates:  10 – 15 August 2026 (5 nights / 6 days)

Location:  Bali, Indonesia

2.  What’s Included

  • 5 nights accommodation (mix of boutique / 3★ & 4★), single occupancy

  • All meals and snacks listed in the itinerary

  • Private air-conditioned vehicle and professional local driver for the full program

  • All fuel, parking, tolls, and driver expenses

  • Airport arrival transfer on Day 01

  • All inter-area transfers per itinerary

  • Two staged Balinese dancer photo shoots

  • Milky Way workshop and photography at Black Lava, Mt Batur (weather permitting)

  • Photo review, Q&A, and editing sessions

  • All temple and site entrance fees for included stops

  • Local experiences — coffee plantation visit, village walk

  • On-ground coordination and program support

3.  Not Included

  • International flights to/from Bali (DPS)

  • Any domestic or regional flights not listed in the itinerary

  • Personal expenses (souvenirs, snacks, extra drinks)

  • Laundry, minibar, and room service

  • Tips and gratuities (optional but appreciated)

  • Travel insurance — this is mandatory and must be arranged by you

  • Visa fees and passport costs (if applicable)

  • Any meals or services not listed under “What’s Included”

4.  Payment & Cancellation

Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of [Amount] is required to secure your place. The remaining balance is due by [Date].

Cancellation by you:

  • More than 60 days before departure — full refund less the deposit

  • 30–60 days before departure — 50% refund

  • Less than 30 days before departure — no refund

Cancellation by the organiser:

If the tour is cancelled by the organiser (e.g. due to circumstances beyond our control), you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. We are not liable for any other costs you may have incurred, such as flights or insurance.

5.  Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Your policy must cover medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal liability. You are responsible for arranging your own policy before the tour departs. The organiser takes no responsibility for any costs arising from inadequate or absent insurance.

6.  Your Responsibilities

By joining the tour, you agree to:

  • Be physically capable of participating in the planned activities (some involve early starts, walking on uneven terrain, and late nights)

  • Follow the guidance of the tour organiser and local guides at all times

  • Behave respectfully towards local communities, sacred sites, and fellow participants

  • Take care of your own camera gear and personal belongings — the organiser is not responsible for loss or damage to your equipment

  • Inform the organiser of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility limitations before the tour

7.  Photography & Media

You grant the organiser permission to use photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing materials). Your face may appear in group shots. If you prefer not to be included, please let us know in writing before the tour begins.

8.  Liability Waiver

Adventure travel and photography tours involve inherent risks. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Outdoor and adventure activities carry risks including but not limited to: uneven terrain, extreme weather, road travel, water features, and wildlife.

  • You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

  • The organiser, its representatives, guides, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from participation in the tour, except where caused by our own proven negligence.

  • We are not responsible for events outside our control, including natural disasters, weather, government actions, strikes, or third-party failures.

  • You confirm you are in good health and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. If in doubt, please consult your doctor before booking.

This waiver is a condition of participation. If you do not agree, please do not sign up for the tour.
